"Overall great. The toilet was hard to flush because the water seal was so good but otherwise no problems. Didn’t spend much time in the room since we were there to do things in the city. If you have a larger family the room may be a little on the small side if you spend much time in it but for us it was fine."

"The property is walking distance from Port Authority. Very easy to navigate. The hotel is clean, even if the room is small its still good for New York standard. The food is great, they have different selections and big place to seat down for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely will stay in this hotel when I'm in New York.
