"Absolutely loved this hotel. Nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, all the staff were lovely. It’s in a really good place, very close to Dontonbori, and equally close to lots of different designer stores. A room on the cross floor gave you access to the lounge which served free drinks both soft and alcoholic and a small range of food. "I will say this to the hotel was at a good location. Course with the many restaurants nearby and then you got Nipponbashi not far as well as Dotonbori not either. Rooms may be small but it's basically meant for business travelers. The service is great the hotel workers do speak English. Their breakfast may not be great but you get what you paid for. As long as I got my cup of coffee I'm good. Nice place to stay if you're on a budget and you're close to almost everything. "

"I love their Spa. After walking all day, it is so nice to soak in the spa. Location is perfect. 10 min walk to Dotonbori,15-20 min walk to Kuromon Market and Shinsaibashi Market. I have stayed in several hotels and this hotel charges a lot for breakfast. Also, they don’t offer any amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, cream and etc… overall, a nice hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, in a wonderful location. This hotel is in a building that is connected to a couple buildings with a mall, train and subway stations, a gorgeous park, and has a ton of food options around. It’s right in a central area right near big attractions and shopping areas. If you take the metro to get to the hotel, it is a little confusing figuring out where to go because it is attached, but I would just go toward the main exit and you will see signs for where to go. One of the hotel’s main restaurants is on the top floor with amazing views of Osaka. Also, probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here, if just for the breakfast and location. But the rooms are very comfortable. Very nice experience all around. "
