"As an ugly American looking for a “budget hotel” I was blown away at how NICE this place was! I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place at first; marble floors, glass walls, high ceilings, staff in blazers n ties…not all dirty and decrepit like you’d expect at a Motel 6 in the states (same price) . Lovely stay

"We stayed here for one night and were very happy with the experience. Hotel is centrally located, has comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. We loved that they emailed us a guide to Osaka before our stay. We also greatly appreciated them providing a kettle in our room and extra blankets. Only issue is the water tended to get everywhere when we showered because they had one of those glass panel showers where half of it was still open, but that's quite minor."

"It was our first time in Japan and stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. The staff are very friendly…thank you Antonio for the warm welcome and patience to all our questions. Special thanks also to Bukari who has been giving us directions for places of interest. Location is great for shopping and close to a lot of restaurants. Will definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Originally booked for 2 x 2-bed rooms. My daughter came to join but almost full for the hotels nearby. The staff help upgrade one room to a 3-bed room. Location is fantastic. Shopping is convenient. Taking transport to nearby or far distance with no hassle."
