"This hotel is super excellent in quality of room, facilities and staff but definitely its best asset is its proximity to departures for the international terminal and also better still if you have a hire car to off load as the car rentals return is literally about 10 yards away. "

"I don't enjoy the climb up the hill to the hotel at the end of everyday. But the rooms are unmatched in quality, bedding, mattresses etc. Reception staff can be a bit formal and process adherent. Other Shangri la locations are friendlier in my experience. "
