"The stay was perfect except for the elevators breaking down leaving me stranded on the 53rd floor. The staff worked hard to get it sorted."

"Rooms were spacious. Had washer and dryer, which was very helpful after a 2 week trip. Ana at the reception desk was very pleasant and helpful. The location is also great, being very close to the wharf if you do a bay excursion. The only thing that was missing was a recycling bin. We were very pleased overall and would definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney."
