This hotel is amazing! The room is not only clean and beautiful but the staff are very accommodating . Location is excellent, so many restaurants are just downstairs. Clifton hill is a minute away. This hotel is highly recommend and we definitely booked again .

We were able to get top floor, which was fantastic. Room spacious. Bathroom alittle less than desirable. TP was not luxury by any means:( Barely any room coffee supplies. Happy with check in. Lovely to see the lights of the city!

They gave me a dirty room, in the bathroom there was used soap on the top of the head of my shower with hair on the shower floor. The windows had hand and kisses print all over it. Breakfast not worth it but it a good location. Don’t pay $15 to parking, you can park your car closer and cheaper

They charge you $18 for a Buffet breakfast the Bacon is deep-fried cold and gross. I order Bacon and tomato sandwich toasted they took the bacon off the buffet and put it on my sandwich which was even worse. My niece couldn’t even eat her eggs because by the time they went to the Buffet and got the bacon Her eggs were cold, and the bacon was cold and greasy and gross
