"Beautiful rooms, good bathroom, comfortable beds, nice sheets, cozy. We also got an upgrade and it was really amazing. Hotel is otherwise pretty basic but nice. Vaporetto’s stop is right in front of the hotel, which is really convenient, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast was good. Area around the hotel was quite dark at night, not good to go out. But location was otherwise very nice during the day, close to everything. I would go back and I would recommend it. "

"Overall nice place. Very good breakfast. Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though."
