They were as pleased as I was clean rooms, comfortable beds, well maintained building and good room service and in house dining, Being New Yorkers we are tough to please but I found my place anytime I go to Dallas now."

"The shower had very low pressure, we had to hold the toilet handle for it to flush, a light in the bathroom kept flashing on and off and the shower doors were hard to open and close for my wife. Also there was no free coffee in the morning. One elevator wasn’t working and on the fourth floor, the elevator button hardly worked. "
