"We stayed on New Year's Eve to view the fireworks in the Reunion Tower. However, There's conflicting information from staff on how to view it. The reception staff told us to be in the lobby at 11:15 and a staff will escort us to the viewing section. At 11:14, I asked a concierge and they told me just to walk outside, and follow the crowd. "Can’t beat the location! Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had (except the waffles were rock hard so skip those). This was our second stay and if we come back, will definitely be where we book in the future!"
