If I could offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to enhance the authenticity of the cultural experience, particularly when it comes to the music and food. Being in Jamaica, I was hoping for more traditional Jamaican flavors and sounds, rather than offerings that seemed tailored primarily for American tourists. "Everything was easy walkable, the overall atmosphere was relaxing, laid back and easy going. If I could change anything it would be to retrain the facilities manager (Ismael) on customer service. Otherwise the place was straight out of a dream."

"The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff here was so friendly and seemed to really want to be there. Walking down the pathways throughout the day, everyone says hello and good morning. There were many different food options, some better than others, but overall was good. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which I don't really think was worth it. If we return, we would probably not do again. "
