"The online check in is a mess and the kiosks to collect your key are even more of a mess.Tech this bad should be some kind of a crime. A very nice person at check in sorted it out, though. The staff are always great My room was comfortable if a bit too warm. The extra thick duvet just made things worse. "Stayed here for a night while over to watch a MMA fight night, the hotel was more than comfortable for a lovely nights sleep, room was large and the bathroom was clean but not that modern. Bit of road noise if your room is on the road side but you’re in a city, it’s to be expected. Reception also is open 24hrs and has baskets with extra tea, coffee etc for your room which was really nice"
