"Nice historic building, but I couldn’t get much info about it even when I asked. Description said there was a restaurant on the property but it was only a bar. “Sauna” existed but heated the whole hotel room because it is cheap quality and doesn’t seal."

"Unfortunately this was not a good experience for my family. We arrived at 730pm and rang the outside bell for 5 minutes and no one let us in. Another guest happened to be coming back and let us in. The room was older and not quite as advertised (the 2nd full bed was a full sized mattress on the bottom of a twin bunk so it was hanging off the side). Our biggest challenge was the cat. It wasn’t clear that the owner had a cat (I should have asked as 3 of us are allergic but I didn’t think to). The...

"Great hotel in a central location. Nearest tube is Bayswater and only a 3 minute walk. Room was very hot but after turning the radiator off and opening the window it was fine. It has a lift which is great. If I had 1 issue it was that there is no plug next to the bed. But other than that it was great. Remember, it’s a budget hotel, if you want grandeur and luxury, stay at The Dorchester. "

"Lovely stay in a super little property. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The location is just a few minutes walk from the tube station and about a 20 minute walk from Paddington. The room, whilst compact, is well appointed and provides a great base for a stay in London. It was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family"
