"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was small and cozy and the property has a great location. It could be a bit noisy whilst the cleaning crew was making the rounds. My only real complaint is with the cab driver reserved by reception. We had an agreed price and form of payment and the driver tried to scam us for more money! I was under the impression that the hotel would lead us to a reputable company, but that was not our experience. "

"We loved our stay at Marina’s loft! Our family included two adults and then our three small kids. Marina left every detail taken care of. There were even toys in the kids room! We found Uber to be most convenient for our family and took the tube once. The tube is a 10-15 min walk with little kids. That said, we explored every inch of London in our 8 day stay. Marina’s home is beautiful, cozy and relaxing. It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring in London!"

"Unfortunately this was not a good experience for my family. We arrived at 730pm and rang the outside bell for 5 minutes and no one let us in. Another guest happened to be coming back and let us in. The room was older and not quite as advertised (the 2nd full bed was a full sized mattress on the bottom of a twin bunk so it was hanging off the side). Our biggest challenge was the cat. It wasn’t clear that the owner had a cat (I should have asked as 3 of us are allergic but I didn’t think to). The...

"Having stayed during a super busy time right before Christmas and the week after, the reception team were so professional, friendly and helpful! While the entire team was great we often interacted with Namitha and Vinay who were unbelievable! My wife and I were hugely impressed by their kindness and professionalism. Namitha was amazing and she would immediately address our Asks and needs. we will never forget the time excellent client service from Vinay, Morabi, Sebastien, Anjali and Anastsia!...

"Clean, comfy rooms. Room ready even though we arrived early and one room upgraded from a triple to a quadruple room. Quiet location a short walk from Bayswater tube station with local amenities nearby."
