"Great find. Right outside of Hyde Park and near Notting Hill. Check in was quick, only issue was there are several steps to get into the hotel with our luggage but the staff helped once they knew we were coming inside. Clean rooms. The hotel is in the city so it's noisy but it's to be expected. I would stay again, although the rooms are typically small so fair warning if you're staying with a friend or even a spouse/significant other."

"I really like this hotel. It's well situated, on street parking is free after 6:30 pm. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooms I've had recently are comically small and I'm a big chap but I can't complain I always sleep well "

"Excellent transport connections within easy reach of Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. Property was immaculate in all communal areas and our junior suite was excellent with plenty of storage. Dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries all provided. Breakfast was a great selection of fruit, cereal and pastries. All staff were so friendly. Lots of gift shops and restaurants locally, also a Sainsbury's and Tesco around the corner. Our only niggle was that we could hear and feel the tube trains from our 3rd floor room! It didn't stop us sleeping or wake us up, we were just aware of it. A really great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again "
