"Property was clean and nice friendly environment. Close to walking around Waikiki main strip, local shops and street food. Didn't like the smell of weed coming into our room from who knows where? But that seems to be happening everywhere nowadays!"

"Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful. Only a block from shops and restaurants. Room was very clean, super comfortable beds and a balcony. The little kitchen was handy for breakfast and snacks. Laundry was perfect before leaving on a cruise. "

"Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Aulani! Our room was very clean, the cast members were very friendly, we loved seeing the fab 5 in their tropical outfits but best of all we enjoyed our view of the sunset while sitting at the beach at the resort."
