"We had a great experience. The location for an all inclusive is fantastic, within walking distance to the malecon and lots of local culture - a great choice if you want the all inclusive but have the city still be accessible. The food was quite good, albeit somewhat limited by the resort being a little small. Staff were very friendly. Pool was great and nice beach. It gets a little sleepy after 8 pm as the pool closes and there is usually 1 music act with not a ton of seating, but at least the bar remains open and you can always explore the city that is at your fingertips. Overall would recommend this place!"

"We have stayed at the Sheraton many times because of the great service, lovely grounds, lobby, beach, and location. Easy to walk to Malecón, grocery store, pharmacy and countless restaurants. Added bonus- beds are heavenly! So comfortable; this may be a recent update. The walk to the Malecon is short and safe, but you do walk past some unsightly “scenery”. Pool area is pristine and perfectly situated for whale watching, gorgeous sunsets. We’ll definitely return."
