"Fantastic overall experience in term of property - building and surroundings (middle of a park), room, concierge service, etc - restaurant food good, copious and varied - service very slow and could be more attentive - overall very pleasant experience and would definitely return - apparently property is changing owners currently and future experience may be different from ours"

"Staff are all truly amazing. The welcome we received is unprecedented in any other hotel. Every person who works in that hotel is incredibly nice. Food is great. Lovely breakfast buffet and excellent Italian restaurant for the evening. The only problem we faced was with the beach. Too much jellyfish so not possible to swim. Also, the beach water is not the cleanest or clearest. Pool is great. "
