"We had to be in Playa Del Carmen for dental work I needed done. I wanted a place that had a kitchen, because our two week stay was not conducive to eating out all the time. "Five stars is not enough! Location location location!!!! Essentially a private white sand beach, crystal clear water, beautiful flora and fauna! Scenery was straight out of a movie. The caretakers were amazing. We came back from a long day on Isla Mujeres and they had picked coconuts from the trees on the property, husked them so that the fresh coconut water could be drunk! Bonus they were in the refrigerator so ohhhhhh soooooo cold and refreshing! Truly next level care for our party of 12!...

"Nice, clean and safe property, was a bit challenging to find the property in the dark. Location was great, short walk to the beach, and to the street market. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint, but it was in great shape. Family enjoyed the pool to cool down in. The music from the restaurant close by got a bit loud a couple times during the day, but it was to be expected from the location of the condo. Property owner was awesome to communicate with. I would definitely stay again."

"This is a nice little spot with a community pool that’s a 5 minute walk. It felt safe. There’s a taco place right outside the community and it’s about 15 min from downtown. There are four bedrooms, but you need to walk through a bedroom to access one of them. There’s not a yard, but there is a rooftop deck which is nice. The pool on the deck is empty though (contrary to the pictures). We did have some issues with the water—apparently someone didn’t hold down the toilet handle for long enough so...

"So nice to have so much space. 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Beautiful pool, great rooftop deck. 20 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to closest corner store. A car is very helpful at this property. Olimpia was super attentive to all our questions, and answered very quickly. Highly recommend!"

"I booked this home in a gated community of Lunamar for an escape of my Canadian winter and my love for Mexico and the food. I booked for a 5 week stay. initially, the first two weeks I was alone, so the house was amply comfortable, with 3 bed & bathrooms, kitchen/living/dining room a very small outdoor patio off the kitchen that is presently unfinished with gravel flooring and a wonderful 3rd floor patio with a covered tarp and solar lighting at night. That was a great place to escape at the end...
