"We spent 8 nights at the President Hotel while we were in London. We had a wonderful time exploring, using the tube to get around to see the sights and shopping, it was very centrally located. "Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed.
