"Great family resort. The staff is really great, very hard working and polite and friendly. They made our experience great. Some recommendations would be to have more than one restaurant open per night (we get the the prima Vista is open but it's an hour long wait time). More staff can be hired as service at some night time restaurants can be slow. Please allow kids to come in the hot pool, they absolutely love it because it's warmer than the big pool which tends to be quite cold for kids....

"Our flight was very delayed. I had communicated that. We arrived at 3:00am. We knocked, yelled, rang the bell, and nobody answered. The neighbors must have loved us. NOBODY ANSWERED. We had to spend the rest of the night outside."

"We arrived in Cancun at 11am and we thought the hostel was going be closed. They were not closed and the front desk welcomed us and offered us some water after a long travel. The staff was super friendly. The place was super cute and clean. It was not right by the beach like the picture but we only stayed there one night. It is a walking distance from the ferry which was very convenient. The bed and showers were very comfortable and nice. The shower had very good pressure and it was hot water....
