Exclusive Penthouse Oceanfront at small Condominium complex

This stunning waterfront condo graced by soaring ceilings and wall-to-wall windows in the dining and living room is a haven for gazing at Puerto Vallarta views from multiple vantage points.

And it's just 8 min drive away from downtown.

The master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and ensuite, ensures parents have a private space.

You can enjoy your breakfast on your private terrace outside the condo. you can delight watching whales on boats, also hear the birds sing.

The guest's rooms have all the necessary comforts. They are spacious, they have very good size closets and you can view the ocean lying in bed.

Laundry is conveniently located in the service room through the kitchen.

Our kitchen is equipped with crockery dishes for 6 people, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, etc.

The taxis & the bus stop are 100mts from the entrance.

We don't have access to the beach but, you will be impressed by the location.
Also, there is a lovely beach just 1 mile from the property, is called "Playa Palmares"

We understand that travelers need to feel safe while staying at our property, we’ve compiled this list of a comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting measures:

• We make sure to air and ventilate the property during and after cleaning.
• We are allowing enough time for cleaning and disinfection. The time between stays will be at least 24 hours.
• We Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces after each stay.
• Towels, linens, and other laundry are washed at the highest temperature and dried completely before storing.

Amazing Stay
This condo is stunning. Amazing views of the ocean, a perfect pool, the rooms are all large and they had thought of everything you might need during your stay. Beach items, bags, towels, well equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, etc. The location was quiet but it was so easy to get to everything. We stayed here for a wedding in a villa down the street, and it was overall just a perfect stay!

Fantastic quiet location on the ocean
Excellent stay in this spacious penthouse with views to the ocean from every room. We often used and appreciated the pool. Easy 6$ Uber to downtown PV. We are considering returning next year.

Very beautiful location with a great ocean view
This property and has the most beautiful view I have ever stayed at. I had to work while on vacation and being able to see all the boats go by and hear the waves was the best. It’s not far from the Malecon and we had a rental car which made getting anywhere we needed easy. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is just trying to get away and enjoy a quiet or romantic getaway. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views
We just returned from a week at this property. It is exactly like it is in the pictures. The location is excellent and a quick bus ride into the romantic zone is only 20 pesos. The condo is very good value for the money and the property owner was very easy to communicate with. We would return.

Relaxing stay at conchas chinas
We stayed here during our girls' trip to Puerto Vallarta and we overall loved our stay. The best part of the property is the view from the patio overlooking the ocean ! It was truly relaxing to be able to sleep to and wake up to the sounds of the ocean. Communication with the host was very easy and timely. The host was also very accommodating and flexible which is always a plus. I would overall recommend this condo!

Great Host & Location!
The location was off the main road to take you into the Zona Romantica or if you wanted to go further south to explore that area. My family mainly just travelled to the Zona Romantica. The unit had an incredibly nice view as was pictured and the ocean was viewable from every room. The pool was amazing! Most of all, our host was super helpful and accommodating for all our needs. Definitely recommend this location if you don't mind a short Uber ride or drive to the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Very peaceful and relaxing!

We had a rough start as the directions provided by the platform led us to the wrong property. Another address led us to a hostel in town. After almost 2 hours, we found the place. (Google "Vista Real" and use this instead of the directions given) Once there, we enjoyed the place. It was delightful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of crashing waves and see whales from the balcony! The place was very comfortable and nice. We enjoyed it very much and would stay here again.

This place is far outside of the city, and nobody knows where it is, but it's so worth it The condo is clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Great stay
The entire process was easy. We were met at the gate which made us feel very safe especially with the rental car. We were provided a thorough tour of the apartment. The rooms were big and spacious and the entire apartment was grand with a fantastic view. The sounds of the waves hitting the rocks below were serene. The condos pool was beautiful and access was easy from the elevator located right outside the apartment’s door. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again with my group

Puerto Vallarta condo
We stayed in this condo for two weeks. It is older but well kept up. The kitchen is well stocked and it's nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The host was responsive to an A/C problem that we had and any other communication that we sent her. This unit is not suitable for young children as it is on the top floor and there is a very steep drop from the patio to the pool area on the first level.

Amazing Condo W/ Amazing Views ~ Very Safe Location
We lived in Vallarta when I was 8 years old for 5 years. It has been 30 years since I have been back. So glad we booked this property. Very convenient to dining and shopping. Uber worked amazing to and from the condo! Lighted very well for late night arrivals. Everything worked awesome in the condo. I don’t have one complaint! We will be back next year but for two weeks!

Book this condo the view is amazing, you cannot get this view at a resort. Condo was great pictures don’t do it justice you have to see it in person. Everything was great from quick check in to check out communication with owner is fast. If you are thinking of booking don’t think twice you will not regret it. Uber is super cheap to get you anywhere. Felt super safe and can’t wait to go back !!!! Bonus the pool is great and the ocean is right next to it my kids got amazing pictures

Beautiful condo, excellent views. Señora Gonzalez was very responsive to every question and Juan was especially helpful. Minor inconveniences (broken coffeepot, lack of hot water in the kitchen, stove fan didn’t work, screen doors difficult to open and close) but nothing that really detracted from our stay. Beds were comfy, showers were great, spacious accommodation, and again - an incredible view! Having a safe place to park our car was another bonus! Didn’t really want to leave. Thank you Dolores - we had a wonderful time!
