"We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The food options were fantastic, and while the beach was very hot in August—something we expected—the water provided a nice relief. I did anticipate that the sargassum would be cleaned up better, but it's hard to find any major complaints about the place otherwise. Our swim-up room was amazing, and the attached pool was mostly empty, only being used by neighboring guests. "The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids. "
