"Aside from an initial hiccup on check-in that was remedied within hours, the villa we stayed in was amazing. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and the experience overall was great. Just make sure the villa you get is the villa you booked in the pictures. Different parts of the facility vary. Onsite gym is small and part of a crowded gold club, but we hardly stayed there for the gym. Area is well kept, secure and never overcrowded. "

"This lodge while somewhat dated, is in a GORGEOUS setting with (as expected) beautiful views of the ocean in the distance (only 10 -15 minute drive away to beach areas in Luquillo) and the mountains right behind property. Staff was friendly and attentive. We did have a little difficulty communicating in English, but the what couldn't get figured out was quickly solved using Google translate. Even with very specific directions sent ahead of check-in, the property is a bit confusing to find....
