This hotel was very near the airport but about 20 minutes from downtown Queenstown. It did not have a restaurant for breakfast so we had to walk across the street to the Holiday Inn Express. The bathroom was small. Overall a nice place to stay but don't know if I would recommend.

We ended up being in two different rooms and each of them had dirty, spotted carpets and furniture that was worn and damaged. The staff was helpful when they were present. Their hours did not include manning the desk after 8 pm or before 8 am. We returned to the hotel after 8 pm and found that our room keys had been disabled. We had to stand outside and contact someone offsite via the intercom…not a reassuring situation.

The room was clean. The room amenities were there in theory, but were not meant to be used in practice. The slit-like sink was 20 cm wide. The dishwashing liquid supply was barely enough to wash a few plates, and no spunge was provided. The microwave controls made no sense, and no instructions were provided. Cooking dinner and washing plates was a nightmare. Do not recommended if you are planning to have your meals in the room.

My husband has a unviewable disability and we parked in handicap space as we have a NZ Mobility pass. Apparently the parking situation was way too little for the property and when told check lady that we had a mobility pass, she said we could get serious fine if we are using it falsely. It’s hard enough to have the pain that warrants being disabled, then to be openly accused of faking it - ruined our time in Queenstown.

The hotel was well maintained and cleaned. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located slightly away from queenstown (15 - 20mins drive) but able to enjoy the quietness away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. The hotel provided free parking for guests but lots are limited. There is paid parking nearby (nz$11) for 24hrs

Very nice room. Laundry facility was located close to our room. We are at the bar on the ground floor of the hotel and used our drink vouchers for some sodas. A very nice mall was just down the street from the hotel.

My family and I are staying in Wyndham Garden Hotel. Very near to airport, shopping centre walking distance. The lady we checked in with (Ariadna?) she was so lovely and personable and gave excellent customer service. Nice room with free parking and matter of fact all the staff we encountered were fantastic. when I requested the front desk, if we could get some extra time in the room, they kindly gave us another hour with no hesitation. Clean fresh rooms, nice amenities, mountain view amazing from winodow, absolutely no complaints. Thank you, Wyndham Garden Hotel ❤️

Found that the directions on hotel.com were not correct to where the property was. If it’s busy there is not a lot of parking at the property. There is parking near by but does have a cost. Good room for one night

This was a very good property. It was near decent shopping. It was near all the things we wanted to be close to. It was about 15 minutes from the downtown area and there’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel so it made parking a bit difficult but it was a very good hotel And had washer and a dryer. It was definitely worth the money. !
