"This was a great first stay for our group on Key West. Roman is the absolute best host! You have a real gem here! He always remembered all 10 names in our group, gave great recommendations and always had a smile on his face. We were actually bummed to wake up Saturday and Sunday mornings and realize that we would not be seeing him at the front desk. 24 North Hotel Key West - Newly Renovated

"I visited three years ago, and I must say, the recent renovations are quite impressive and really inviting. However, I noticed that the pool bar area seems to be a bit short-staffed. With just one person handling drink preparation, taking orders, and delivering food poolside, it can be challenging to provide timely service. David is very friendly and does his best to accommodate everyone, but having a little extra support would greatly enhance the experience. Additionally, I observed that the lobby bar is currently closed, which is a missed opportunity. It would be beneficial to have service in the lobby for those looking for nightcaps. However, I appreciate the option to head over to the connecting property for drinks. Overall, the food and drinks remain excellent and continue to impress."
