"Room was not ready when we got there at 3pm,but we know they were completely full the night before,so no problem it was ready by about 4pm. The lady at the counter was nice and apologized for delay. They had coffee and internet so we just relaxed till room was ready. Room was clean,bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was not the best,just a waffle maker,yogurt juice and wrapped muffins. Guess i was hoping for meat and eggs. "

"We had a premium king room and I loved that it was on the street with a “balcony” window to open up to watch the parade.
