"Check in was very easy, special thank to Mr Ramy front office who organized the rooms the day before we arrived and made all rooms in the same building and he was helpful in every thing and doing the best to make our vacation awesome until check out. "Nice location at beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice. Air conditioning wasn’t very effective-didn’t cool effectively. We did the all inclusive dining, there was a large variety, we liked the personalized egg station best. Food was kind of bland. We were all disappointed with the dessert options , I would recommend a few crowd pleasers- creme brulee? Tiramisu- maybe an ice cream sundae station for dinner? They need to clean tables between diners better- lots of crumbs...

"Beautiful resort! The spa was great. I would recommend. Only complain would be to heat the lazy river pool, it was freezing, colder than the ocean, so it wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been. "

Excellent hotel - highly recommended

"After a delay at check-in and a long anticipated wait, Moustafa saved the day and ensured the service was impeccable. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I could check in early after a long night flight. He even upgraded my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The entire staff—from breakfast service to the pool team—was warm and welcoming. The hotel's modern, minimalistic design added to its serene ambiance, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Transportation was seamless, and the hotel offered a variety of daily activities to keep guests entertained. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the beach is still under maintenance, but I can already tell the lagoon will look stunning once it's completed. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"
