It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. "The hotel is located in the lower town area of Old Quebec City and is very close to Petit Champlain and Place Royale. It is easy to get around from the place. When we stayed, they were constructing a new entrance to the hotel, so it wasn't super nice to look at, but didn't affect our stay. "

There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
