"Very cute place, very nice staff. There is a mexican bar and grill attached to the main building, a gym and a pool. At the front desk there is a wonderful little parrot. Loved the atmosphere, perfect for our 2 night stay. "

"The owner was very easily contacted with any questions or concerns. We did find it a bit loud outside on Sunday night but all was quiet by 11:30pm. Nothing a pair of ear plugs won’t fix. Pull out couch was very comfortable and spacious for our 13 year old and the bed was comfortable as well "

"This lodge while somewhat dated, is in a GORGEOUS setting with (as expected) beautiful views of the ocean in the distance (only 10 -15 minute drive away to beach areas in Luquillo) and the mountains right behind property. Staff was friendly and attentive. We did have a little difficulty communicating in English, but the what couldn't get figured out was quickly solved using Google translate. Even with very specific directions sent ahead of check-in, the property is a bit confusing to find....

"Very quaint hotel, fine for the price. Clearly retrofitted multiple times to keep up with technology and changing tastes, and it shows its age. "We needed to book a hotel close to the airport in a pinch. We ended up landing a suite which was a little dated but served the purpose. It was clean. The pool was fantastic and the service was great! Constant sound of airplanes taking off bc the airport is right behind the hotel, but didn’t bother us. Not sure we’d stay again unless we have to but it was fine for a short overnight stay! "
