"Hotel Plaza Cozumel is like a home away from home! Great rooftop pool with lots of recliners, free breakfast that has a great selection of fruit, bread/buns, and omelets, French toast or Hot cakes. Beds are comfortable and the staff are amazing, Hiberto, Estrela, Mariano are very helpful. Try getting a room not facing the Main Street as they is a bar across the street from the hotel that is open until 5AM fairy frequently. "

"Love the location, nice walking sidewalk in both directions. We stayed last year and returned this year and noticed many improvements. I still think more needed - walk in shower, bring the dressers back! Pool entertainment was nice and food selection was much better."

"The place is clean and staff is very friendly. We arrived and was given our welcome drink. Daily breakfast was good too. Lots of choices. Coffee tasted great. This is close to shopping and lots of choice restaurants."

"We had a great 4 day stay at the Flamingo. The room was large and had lots of closet space. The housekeeping was great with fresh towels daily and the beds made perfectly. The staff was friendly and efficient. Thevowner was very helpful with anything we had questions about and visited with the guests so it felt very nice. It felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel as the guests all visited with each other and gave us suggestions of places to see or eat. The location was easy walking distance to the ferry and shopping and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. "
