"The house was very nice. It was clean, with a lot of space, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and clean as well. My wife enjoyed the pool, and sitting outside in the yard on the covered deck. "First off, we loved Villa Coronado and had a great time on our annual "put our toes in the sand for the superbowl" vacation (myself and a couple of my motorcycle buddies). The place was great, location was great. The only issue we really had was that FOR THE ENTIRE TIME we were there, the WIFI was "out." "Stayed 2 weeks - Fairly new house located South end of town 2 blocks from Chedraui Big store on Main Melgar Ave - Very Convenient!! Had Diffuculty while attempting to enter for first time. Property manager provided entry code & described how to use digital lock .... But FAILED To mention the "Safety Feature" that was REQUIRED to get to the main screen to ooerate with the lock code. "Renters beware! This property smells horribly, it has no views, the pool was not available, and the property was unsafe. The top floor is unfinished and open to the elements with a stairwell that has no handrail, it is hazardous! The couches/chairs/headboards are all stained, the smell was so bad the length of our stay was exactly 15 minutes. We 100% couldn’t stay, and the owners of the property refused to give us a refund. "This is nice little house. It was very clean, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed (only used one) was comfortable. The pool is a big plus. The pool guy showed up about 7am a few mornings to clean the pool, but didn't bother us. The Farmacia Guadalajara a block down the street has many grocery items, enogh to meet our needs. It was fully stocked with all of the essentials and lots of little touches that make it special, from hooks in the walk-in showers for swimsuits to pool toys and snorkeling gear. The location is right on the beach and has a pier for boats to pick up our divers. We will definitely go back in the future. "
