"Renters beware! This property smells horribly, it has no views, the pool was not available, and the property was unsafe. The top floor is unfinished and open to the elements with a stairwell that has no handrail, it is hazardous! The couches/chairs/headboards are all stained, the smell was so bad the length of our stay was exactly 15 minutes. We 100% couldn’t stay, and the owners of the property refused to give us a refund. "Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. "This large condo is located in the quieter north hotel area, but is still only 10 minutes by cab to the center of Cozumel. The condo has spectacular ocean views from every room. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The common areas of the condo include a nice pool, as well as a beach area with lounge chairs, and shade from the palapas.
