"PROS Is located near embassy and finance district and a walkable distance to Myeongdong Street. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful when check in, check out and helping us to book the ride to the airport. Housekeeping lady was very nice CONS Breakfast was ok but i think it needed more variety. Blueberry yogurt was very good. The only bad thing was the elevator take very long. 9.0/10 "

"I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel! Shopping and dining galore!! "

"Friendly and helpful staff. I had issues with buying detergent from their dispenser with my credit card and needed to break a big bill for the airbus, they had no problems breaking big notes. The hotel is only a few years old so it is very clean. Reception is on the third floor, very bright, spacious , and clean also. Coin laundry is a big plus. Close to all the attractions. Airbus stop is within 30 feet. Would stay here again. "
