"Nice hotel. Good location. Clean but shower was a little grimey at the bottom. Oddly when I asked for help with bringing my luggage down to the lobby they said no - very odd and unhelpful. Staff speak broken English - it could be better. To avoid waste they keep toiletries in the lobby which I liked. "

"호텔 시설, 직원 친절도, 룸 컨디션 모두 흠잡을곳 없이 정말 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 아마 여기에서 묵을듯 합니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은.. 아마 특정국가 단체손님을 받는거 같은데 이분들이 떼로 몰려다니면서 복도에서도 로비에서도 사우나 내에서도 시끄럽게 떠들어대서 짜증이 날때가 있습니다. 이건 호텔측 잘못이 아니니 최고의 리뷰 납깁니다"

"Hotel was right next to the station and very close to Akihabara. Staff was friendly and made everything a breeze. Hotel grounds were beautiful and clean. Had a great stay."

"This was the perfect hotel for a Tokyo Disney stay. Check-in was easy and staff was always friendly. The bountiful amenities were fantastic. The free Disney shuttle was great! The area with the surrounding mall, lots of food options, and the train station all nearby were so convenient! I'd stay here again!"
