"This hotel is one of my favourite in London due to its location and ambience and quality. However I was disappointed to be not upgraded nor given a later check out as I had requested twice during my stay (I only needed an extra hour) "

"Superb hotel. Quiet, clean & hotel staff eager to help you. Excellent breakfast, although beware the service charge for providing latte and cappuccino coffees that they are very keen to get you. Also beware the small hotel service charge that they ask to add on when you check out. Will definitely visit again."
