"The bath was working. Kitchen seems to work and they had some kind of water dispenser which supplies ice too. Not only the staff but guest seem to be kind too. There seem to be free luggage service but place on your own risk."

"The property itself was very nice. The area around it is not that great. Still the area is safe but there are homeless & the train tracks are right next to the hotel. So you will hear the train passing from 5am-12am daily. You will be very close to multiple different train stations all within 7-10 min walk away from the hotel. "

"A hotel i've stayed at many times. Good value, decent sized room. Sometimes noisy guests but they provide earplugs. Free drinks and shaved ice in the lobby, and the area around it is a bit rowdy but lots to see and do, right next to the Tennoji zoo and Tsutenkaku tower, also right near a very convenient train station and subway station! If you don't mind the area(it's safe, but quite a bit of homeless people) it's a great place to stay!"

"If you love a cold concrete slab you'll be in heaven, just if you can manage to not need wifi unless you enjoy the locals smoke area and can get the job done in a quick manner before you join them. At least the washrooms are kept up and are mostly modern models"

"I stayed there for 5 nights on a business trip. The room was too cramped. No space to put your clothes. The bed was for kids. There was no closet just a rack with 3 hangers. I had to buy extra hangers. The pillow was paper thin. Cleaning doesn’t happen unless you ask and I don’t know it until I checked out. I had to take out my own trash and go to the reception if I wanted to new towels or bathrobes. And most of all, I was moved to another room bec according to them some guest complained about...
