"The rooms are a bit dated and internet is fair to good. There is plenty to do nearby and the hotel provides a shuttle (at discounted price) to nearby Patong mall. The hotel and surrounding area had a party atmosphere. The hotel does a v. good job of accommodating guests needs. Our room was damp and the hotel was able to change us to another room. "Place was great and priced for what it was. Lots of kids but that happens. Good breakfast and great beach access. Nice to be able to walk on the beach from the hotel. I checked out after only staying there 2 nights because I decided to go to Phuket and check it out. I def wish I would have stayed here instead. "

"The hotel is beautiful. The property is on the older side, but very well kept and very clean. The villas are self contained which is super nice, very private. The property is surrounded by greenery, singing birds and the views are spectacular. The staff are so kind and always went above and beyond. Karon beach is very close, you get access through a trail path that is a bit steep down hill but not more than a 15min walk. The food options are limited nearby so you have to take a taxi to Karon...

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, right in the heart of the Patong District! So convenient for walking around and shopping. Felt very safe and thankful to have stayed at this incredible hotel. The gym, breakfast, and rooftop pool/bar were absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars for all the amenities and staff were so incredible. Helen helped me so much! Would recommend if you are staying for the first time in Phuket!"

"Shad I think the luggage assistant name is? what a beautiful human being and is assist to the hotel what a kind human being. All the staff are friendly and professional the hotel is in an excellent location 2 min walk from the pier with the 7eleven right on your door step. There are stalls and restaurants straight in front of the hotel great place to stay thanks for having us "

Second stay

"Second visit to the hotel great as always. We had 2 bedroom suites which was great for family of 4. Only main issues are the swimming pool chair hogs. Towels put down over night or super early when it’s dark but they don’t actually turn up till after lunch - the pool staff should monitor this if not returned to bed in 1 hour remove the stuff."

Doesn't miss! Great stay.

"Great spot. Super quiet and tropical. Super friendly staff. Went out of way to look after us, easy to store bags, easy to buggy us to room and back when needed. Breakfast was pretty damn good too. Great location, use the hotel long tail boat from Ao Nam Mao Pier, makes life so much more comfy with the tractor they ferry you out to boat in and buggy on the other side. Great service to make travelling with two young kids a breeze. "
