"The staff was over the top helpful and courteous. They did everything to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. I would stay here again, without hesitation. One staff member in particular remember my name every morning greeted me by names. I never had that happen before at a hotel. Five stars across-the-board. "

"Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better."
