"Doors where locked in the lobby. I had to wait for someone to come out so i can get it to check in. "

"The front desk person didnt answer the phone, i walked to the desk and he was ignoring the phone and playing on his phone. When i walked into the lobby, there was a woman in the lobby waiting to be helped, the front desk person was just out of sight playing on his phone ignoring her. I walked into the gift shop and could see him sitting there ignoring her. Only after i saw him sitting there did he respond to us.when i confronted him, he says he was working on his website."

"This place is a hidden gem! The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. There is a bar with board games available. It is well stocked with great beer and cocktail option. The pool is small, but lovely. Nice for lounging in warm weather. They had a musician playing the night we were there, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was only porridge and poptarts, but the coffee was good! The staff were all friendly. Only downside is the area around the hotel is fairly industrial, but it's an easy drive to nicer places. "
