Feel at home with class and comfort in this family-friendly luxury mountain home. Beautifully furnished 6 bedroom, 4 bath secluded mountain home with amazing forest views offers luxury in the mountains.

Only 6 steps to front door and 2 levels with separate entrances. Minutes to Heavenly ski lifts, hiking/biking trails and downtown Lake Tahoe and casinos. Perfect for guests who enjoy luxury and comfort. Loving attention to detail characterizes the house - from premium bedding to classy tableware. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. There is nothing left out to make you feel at home.

The upstairs has two bedrooms, the kitchen, and a front room with TV and fireplace. The downstairs has four bedrooms and a ngreat room with TV and pool table. With both floors having common living area with a TV, it's easy to separate kids and adults for leisure time. See the photos for a floor plan.

There is a 4-5 person hot tub on the lower deck which offers privacy and serenity right in the woods.

This home has updated modern appliances, kitchen and bathrooms plus laundry facilities. It comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 master bedrooms with king beds, 3 queen bedrooms and a fun kids bedroom that sleeps 2-3 kids but can also be converted to comfortably sleep two adults.

There is a PIN pad entry (No key required; you'll receive your own private code for your stay).

This property is located in a quiet scenic neighborhood located in Upper Kingsbury of Stateline, Nevada - still just a short drive to the casinos, Nevada Beach and Heavenly Village.

"I can't say enough good things about this property. The house is beautiful and decorated perfectly. We had our family reunion here and it was the perfect place to have it. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked. We found everything we needed to cook a family feast. The beds and linens are high end. Everyone was saying how comfortable their bed was. The young kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved having the pool table and jacuzzi! It's not too far up from the main drag of Tahoe, so it was easy for us to either Uber or drive down for dinner or gambling. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. Hope to be back someday soon!"

Short term rental permit: DSTR1143P

Short term rentals are a hot political topic in our community and the county aggressively regulates and monitors vacation rentals. Here are their rules, which I have to strictly follow or I’ll lose my permit:

-Maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

-The principal renter must be 25 years or older, a photo copy of the driver's license must be sent to the owner after booking at robbelehmann@gmail.com.

-New county regulations limit parking to 2 cars on the carport. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Parking permits are provided by the owner and must be displayed in the dashboard. If you need space for a third car, please contact me by email. Failure to follow parking rules can result in a $500 fine to the driver of the vehicle.

-Quiet hours hours are designated between 9 PM and 8 AM. There are permanent residents who live near the home and noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level. Loud music, parties, or other activists that disturb the peacefulness of the residential neighborhood are not allowed.

-There are two bear box garbage containers provided. All trash must be bagged and deposited in the trash cans. No overflowing trash.

-We understand that the hot tub in important to most guests. We keep it in good shape and it has never failed for a guest so far. Should the hot tub become inoperable for any reason guests will be refunded $50 per night for the inconvenience.

Amazing house!
We had a group of 8 adults staying at the Stateline house and absolutely loved it. It was very clean with a lot of nice little homey touches throughout. We were right at home immediately. Although AC would have been nice on those super hot days, the evenings were so cool and lovely. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and this home backs up to forest land giving it a good deal of privacy. My favorite spot was out back near one of the iconic Tahoe area boulders with a view of the ridge behind that. Robbe was awesome to deal with throughout and checked in on us a couple of times. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again for hosting us!

This house was out of the hustle and bustle but close to all activities north and south. Prompt answers from host. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and linens were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels for the hot tub or beach. Would be nice to have a small cooler and folding chairs for exploring or beach. We enjoyed our time!

This was a family gathering to celebrate a birthday and have a reunion. The house is very roomy and perfect for such a gathering. The owners have clearly thought of everything. This place was amazing! We stayed here with some friends for a snowboarding trip and it’s the best cabin we’ve ever stayed at in Tahoe. The location is perfect - less than 10 minute drive to Heavenly Resort. There were so many lovely touches with the property, such as welcome snacks and beach towels for the hot tub. Robbe was super accommodating and responsive, even graciously allowing our group to have a late checkout. Truly can’t recommend this wonderful property enough!

Amazing Property!
There are so many positives about this property. Let's start with the host Robbe... he's awesome. We stayed at this property during one of the biggest storms Tahoe has seen in years. Robbe went out of his way to make sure the parking pad was cleared of snow before we arrived and also had lanterns and other emergency items ready for us in case we lost power during out stay (we didn't lose power). The home is beautifully decorated and there is plenty of room for large groups. Several people in my party commented on how comfortable the beds were. The view off both back decks is breathtaking. The location is really close to the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly. We will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future. Thanks again Robbe.

Great Place- everyone liked the house.
This was our 10th annual Dads weekend ski/ snowboard trip & this was one of our favorite locations we’ve stayed. We were supposed to stay at another location ( Ski in / out ) & just a few months back that property sold and Canceled our reservation. We booked this location & it worked out great. A RARE FIND INDEED !!
Everything that was described about the premises was true but in actuality it was even better !! Accommodation, amenities, cleanliness, communication with owner and not a property management and location location !! I would highly recommend this home especially for a family trip. The only issue I ... or me ... had was that TVs were directed to streaming on your own accounts of which I did not have availability to. This home was a wonderful find and would not hesitate to rent the same again. Best ever !!

Labor Day Getaway
We had an amazing time at this VRBO. It had plenty of room for our party of 9 and everything the adults and kids could need/want. It was in a great location. Close enough to hikes and the beach but out of the busy center of town. The backyard backed up to the forest and the kids had a blast exploring around. We had one bathroom plumbing issue that was quickly taken care of by the host. He was readily accessible for any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

Luxury Mountain stay in Tahoe
Our family had THE BEST time at this fabulous mountain home tucked a few miles up the road from Lake Tahoe. We’ll stay here again - and again. If you’re thinking of renting for your fam or a group of friends, don’t hesitate. All the rooms were 5⭐️, thé home was very spacious with games to play and a pool table! Really can't say enough about this house! It was absolute perfection for our family vacation of 10 guests, including 4 young kids. The owner really thought of everything. The house was immaculate and nicely decorated. Bed linens were fresh, towels were nicely folded in each of the rooms, and a welcome tray was stocked with drinks and snacks for our arrival. The kids LOVED the room with the bunkbeds and were well-entertained by the TV, Wii console, books, and games. The kitchen had more dishes and cookware than we could have needed. Fans in every room worked perfectly fine to keep the house cool during the summer. Parking was easy. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. We're already planning our next trip back to this house in the winter!

Beautiful quiet mountain home
We had a group of 8(4 couples)…. This home has 6 bds and 4 full baths.. it worked perfectly during the Celebrity Golf Tournament month! It’s a 6 minute drive down the mountain to the main strip, that leads to South Tahoe(where you can just about do anything, including a gondola ride up the mountain(to Heavenly Ski Lodge), gambling, breweries and shopping) and to Incline Village in North Tahoe! We really enjoyed the views while in the hot tub and using the bottom floor pool table! I also highly recommend the northern trails, as well as a pontoon boat rental for beautiful views of Lake Tahoe!😍 SUCH A PEACEFUL PLACE that is fully equipped with everything you need. The owner is extremely accommodating & responsive to any questions that we had! I definitely would use this home again for a stay in South Tahoe! Thanks Robbe!!

Absolutely the BEST!
Can’t say enough about our stay in Tahoe! The house was perfectly set up for our group of 10. Beds were very comfy. Pillows, linens, and towels were top quality. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Brand new carpet throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Having two separate living areas gave us room to spread out, but we also had room outside with two decks (the hot tub was a hit with everyone!) Neighborhood was quiet, and the house backs to the forest - very relaxing! Nice outdoor reading areas. Downstairs had games for kids and adults. Something for everyone. Robbe left snacks and wine for us on arrival, which was a very nice touch. Our group has been vacationing together for 10 years and this was by far the favorite place we’ve stayed. Everyone was impressed and felt right at home! Communication with Robbe was SO easy and efficient. I felt he really cared that his house was ready for our group, and he responded quickly to every question. Highly recommended this Luxury Mountain Home in Tahoe!

Great property for a group
Great property, very clean and lots of facilities. Sadly we had some problems that were not dealt with. The leaking from the immense snowfall was unfortunate but did make the bedroom carpet very wet and one day there was a leak above the toilet, we used a lot of towels to mop up the water. The real problem was the the lock in the main front door didn’t work so we couldn’t use that door at all. We were lucky to get in the first day. If there had been a fire downstairs we would have had a serious problem. The downstairs door was usable but we could not lock it when we went out. This caused concern among our group about leaving valuables/passports in the property when we all went out. The key pad was supposed to have been fixed but you could not get in from outside the property as the lock mechanism only partially opened. It was very inconvenient when we left the property at the end of the week as the people sleeping upstairs had to drag all our luggage/skis/snowboards downstairs as the front door wouldn’t open and then drag it all back upstairs outside in the deep snow to get to our vehicles. The owner passed on our comments to the housekeeper but the problem was not resolved. A real shame but we still had a lovely skiing holiday. We were requested to put the bedding/wet towels from soaking up the leaking in the bedroom into the washing machine when we left but there was no detergent powder or liquid left available. We were not offered any compensation for inconvenience.

Great place!!
The house is gigantic with plenty of space for everyone. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stoked. The host was fantastic as she answered messages promptly. During our stay, I contacted the host about the hot tub and the housekeeper came over and took care of it. Overall, it was a great place and I would highly recommend it!
