"Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast. Can't wait to stay here again. "

"This was our 4th return trip to LOTM and as usual, it was a pleasure. Staff are always attentive, without being overbearing, rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it feel like an ‘home from home’ and the Atrium tasting menu was outstanding, as always. We will be back for stay number 5 to experience the summer tasting menu, in the near future! "
