"Staff are very courteous and efficient. They put our 2 rooms next to each other without me having to ask. Rooms were excellent, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and shower was very good. Close to tube station and other amenities. "Arrived just before lunch, check in time 3pm, checked in straight away. The receptionist asked why were were visiting, my daughter said, it's Mum's birthday. 20 mins later there was a knock on the door and the receptionist and another staff member stood outside with a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a card and sang Happy Birthday! What a lovely surprise! Lovely hotel, we only stayed 1 night, price was very reasonable considering some places we have stayed in London which were terrible were the same price! Plenty of space in the room, well lit, clean and quiet. Convenient for the tube. Would definitely stay here again. "
