"Lovely hotel with clean, cozy, comfortable rooms. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We arrived very late at night and realized I had accidentally booked a smoking room. "We recently stayed at the APA Shin Osaka Eki Tower. It was a bit hard to find the hotel since the nearby train station was huge and it was difficult to find the correct exit. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly. Also breakfast was available on the top floor which offered breath-taking views of the area. The rooms were clean although a bit noisy when the trains sped by. There several restaurants and a Family Mart nearby. Overall a convenient place to stay. "
