The only issue we had was unfortunately with one of the other guests at the hotel, which is obviously completely out of the hotel hands but due to shouting, banging and crashing from 6am, and the police arriving it ruined our stay. "Very last minute booking due to issues with another hotel, due to the stress the hotel staff kindly upgraded our room which was very generous. Staff were very accommodating and kind, didn’t have to wait long for anything at all, everything we could possibly need was available to us within a matter of minutes.
