"The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, with great in-room facilities. The staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful. We left behind an item and they went above and beyond to help get it back to us during our travels, including looking into various delivery and pick-up options on our behalf. We were so impressed and grateful for the excellent service!"

"High end shopping area. Breakfast option is like a high tea, very nice. Rooms are quaint. Staff are friendly but didnt give correct information about Limousine bus to Haneda. Do your research. Aircon looks like its controlled in the room but my last night was overheated. By 4am i was calling reception for help. They had control at their end. "

"Nice location. Quiet part of Ginza but still accessible. Hotel rooms are small. We got an inside connecting room. It was tiny but at par for hotels in tokyo. Bed is comfortable. Room in general is comfortable, but showing signs of wear. Front desk is efficient. They are strict on key return."

"The staff were friendly and the location is fairly quiet. The hotel was very clean and tidy. It’s a short walk to many dining options, and I loved the complimentary bottled tea at the lobby. It saved me many times after a long day and the (short) trek from the train station."
