"It was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Loads of restaurants, cafes nearby and of course central park was super close. Wonderful staff, Jeremy at the reception gave brilliant dining recommendations. The room was small but okay for a short trip."

"From the minute we arrived we where greeted to a friendly staff from the door man, manager and front desk staff. Room was ready early, room was very clean and quiet. Enjoy the TV in the mirror in the bathroom and best hair dyer I have ever used in a hotel!"

"Amazing quality hotel. The staff is amazing and very attentive to all needs. The food is of very high quality and well served. Loved the jazz bar at night and the breakfast in the morning. I definitely give it 5 stars, but need to acknowledge that the gym is many steps below the quality of the rest of the hotel. There are also very limited vegan options in the restaurants, but they make up for it with great espresso! Will definitely return to The Carlyle on subsequent visits to NYC! "

"It's a 4th foor walk up so be healthy luckily we were and had no problems with that... great area and four bedrooms is hard to find in the mimiddle of New York so we were qquite pleased"
