"The host was proactive and friendly, reaching out the day before we arrived to ensure we had all the correct information. The apartment itself was very comfortable and cute. Cleanliness is excellent. The beds were comfortable. There is a grocery store about a block away which was very convenient. The apartment (located at the corner of 1st Ave and 105th) is about 3 blocks from the subway station at Lexington and 103rd. This is an urban apartment building so there is a fair amount of noise from the street and within the building. That is what I expect in NYC so it was not a problem for me. "
