"Facilities need an update, not as clean as previous excellence resorts we have visited. Some staff were great such as the doctor, front desk, concierge, wait staff and especially Bienvenido, butterfly, Coca Cola, Barbie and joy boy/ spaghetti. There were a few rude staff but things were good overall. The excellence club is worth the extra money. Magna is the best restaurant. "
