"Staff were really really welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean and everything I needed. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was a super hot day. The communal hallways leading to the room I would say are in need of painting and re-carpeting. I can't comment on the pub food/drinks as I didn't use but it looked very nice. Would definitely stay again."

"The bottom line is the Hotel Rafayel is good value for the money in London. However, be ready for its quirkiness. The facilities were generally clean. The room was very large and bathroom was extremely large. Everything was well equipped. They have a very good gym as well as a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
