"The room is nice and clean with comfy pillow and bed mattress. But there are 2 problems at the bathroom. First, something was wrong with the two flushing buttons. I had to press it hard for over 10 times to completely flush the toilet. This made me frustrated. Second, the drain cover plate on the bathroom floor is rusty, which seems not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. "

"Old money vibes. Beautiful, clean and exceptional service. Small little things they do that make a big impact on customer experience. Only 1 thing - $150 a night for parking is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
