"Super comfortable bed. Clean sheets and clean room. Large size room with space to put luggage. Bathroom was tired and dated with broken/loose grab rail and towel rail. We weren’t game to use the rail to assist with getting in and out of the bath/shower. Lots of traffic noise. We got free parking with our room which was great but parking station has very tight turns and is tricky to navigate in even a medium size car. "Despite not having the prettiest location, situated next to a busy road junction. The hotel itself is tastefully chic inside, there is no road noise. The rooms have everything you need. And location wise is perfectly situated for both uptown or down to the docks"

"Our room in Hilton Sydney was lovely and quiet, with excellent black out blinds, and the bed was so comfortable. It was perfectly located for us; there's a light rail stop right out front, short ride to Circular Quay, The Rocks and China Town. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. We'll be back"

"This was our second time staying for two nights at the Fullerton Hotel Sydney. We came back as we loved it so much and the service had made us feel so welcome. We also loved how central it is and timeless. However, the staff this stay didn’t seem to value our time, were not attentive when we were trying to checkout and at times, I felt judged by my appearance and whether I could afford valet parking. We will stay again but I hope the service improves. "

Great luxury stay

"When we arrived at 3pm to check in the reception was very busy however the lines moved quickly and we were offered welcome drinks whilst waiting in line. We also had a Polaroid photo taken which was a nice keepsake of our stay. When we checked in we were given a room upgrade for our Valentine’s Day stay. This gave us harbour views and prime spot to view the 9pm Darling Harbour fireworks. The staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. The room was great with a giant king size bed, awesome views and a cute round bathtub. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The decor of the room and the motel in general was quirky and modern. We had a giant soft shark on our bed! The mood lighting and electronic controlled curtains in the room were great additions. The motel is in a great location making it easy to access the sights and restaurants. This was a romantic weekend away initiated by hubby and we were both extremely satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Thank you"
