One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "My particular room was noisy as we were next to Delancey street. The window sounded like it was open which made it hard to sleep. However, they do offer a sound machine which was very nice, and came with a large selection of noises. Overall the room and hotel was clean and orderly. The hotel does not have a concierge so there is no need to interact with people if you don’t want to. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. "

"From the moment I entered, the vibe shouted , “chic, fresh, exciting” from the entrance way to the escalators, from the roof top hang out to the after hours dance club, this is the place to be! Room was very retro modern and view from floor to ceiling was amazing! The concierge and staff was wonderful! Though my car ( that was across the street) had a smashed window) my staff was terrific in patching up my window before my 6 hr drive back to WV.. would definitely recommend"
